Shipping: Please allow us 2-3 weeks for standard shipping.  

Express Shipping: Please email us so that we may arrange additional payment for your express shipping.

International Shipping: Please email us (maya@ancient-road.com) to arrange international shipping rates, customs and fees. NOTE: Due to international restrictions we cannot ship any of our waters or washes.  If you purchased these items, you will be refunded.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders of $40.00 or more!

Backorders: If anything is on back order you will be notified immediately to determine if you would like your order shipped all as one or in segments.  Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.

Damaged Goods: We do not refund money for damaged goods. We will replace any damaged item if notified within 7 days of receipt.  However, you must either send us a digital picture of the damaged item or send the item itself.  Standard shipping times apply.

Exchanges and Refunds:  We do not accept exchanges or give refunds.  Please be sure of what you want before you order.

Magical Guarantees: All of our products are hand-made individually and derive from traditional sources with actual herbs, essential oils, and minerals.  We use specific astrological timings and prayers during the creation of each product.  That being said, there are no guarantees in life or in magic.
